Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (*exceptions apply)
Depending on the volume of orders we receive, some orders may take some extra time for processing.
*Custom and made to order items (Ex. "We Can Do It" Bandana) may take up to 10-20 business days to ship.

International Shipping
Flat rate USPS First Class international shipping is $22.50 USD and includes insurance. Priority mail is available for an additional cost. If you would like your package shipped using USPS Priority Mail, please contact me before placing your order.
There are a list of countries that USPS is not currently shipping to, this list is subject to change, and I unfortunately am not able to offer shipping to those countries. If for any unfortunate reason that you have purchased and your country is added to the list, I will refund in full.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at letsaroo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Wrong Address/Order Returned To Sender
If your order is returned back to us, we can reship your package after we have received it. You will receive an invoice for the reshipment fees (the price of the shipping option you chose at checkout). After the reshipment fees have been paid, we will re-ship your package back to you.
