HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Our processing time depends on the type of items in your order. Some of our items are pre-made and some are made to order. Each item has an estimated processing time in the product description.
For an accurate estimate of your orders processing time, please refer to the item with the longest processing time.
Please note that processing time only refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your item and hand it to the shipping service provider. Estimated shipping time depends on the type of shipping you choose at checkout and is out of our control.
DO YOU OFFER AN EXPEDITED PROCESSING OPTION?
If you need an item ASAP, shoot us an email and depending on the type of item and your deadline, we may be able offer rush processing at a fee.
CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
