The bandana is exactly as pictured! Cute packaging too. And came with dog treats! So thoughtful. I wanted a subtle Hokie bandana that didn’t have logos all over it. I’m happy I found this one! I got a medium for my 40lb dog. Her neck measurement is 16”. It’s a bit big with just the snap closure, but it’s perfect when tied! And she can grow into it. I received mine in about a week.
